New College Campus

New College Campus with Administrative Building, Dormitories, Dining & Music Hall, and Athletic Center.
Total Floor Area: 114,000 SF
Welch College's decision to relocate its campus from Nashville to Gallatin, Tennessee, was aimed at creating a new campus that remains true to the college's heritage.
This move seeks to establish a new campus that embodies a formal and traditional atmosphere, fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence.
The new 66-acre campus features five buildings consisting of a formal quad with two and three-story red-brick buildings. The design is inspired by Jeffersonian and Colonial American architecture.
The college followed an aggressive timeline for the simultaneous design and construction of all five buildings, covering a total area of 114,000 square feet, to celebrate its 75th anniversary.

“Seeing a college campus rise from a piece of farmland has been an amazing experience. The new Welch College campus provides a technologically updated environment in the midst of beautiful architecture that hearkens back to the architectural vision of Thomas Jefferson. We see our new campus as a divine blessing that will enable us to grow as we fulfill our mission.”
