Clover Garden High School | Master Plan

Clover Garden School is located in a rural setting just north of Burlington, North Carolina. As enrollment continued to grow, the school acquired a new parcel of land to establish a campus that could meet its current needs while supporting future expansion.

 

Together, we developed a comprehensive master plan that provides a flexible framework for long-term growth. Phase 1 includes a new high school for up to 450 students, while future phases will add academic, athletic, and student support facilities.

 

The plan also carefully coordinates site circulation and the infrastructure required for a new campus, including a well and septic system, allowing the campus to grow efficiently over time.
